Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Pancha Handrolled Masala Agarbathi FREE Sample Campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Campaign Organizer
This Campaign is organized by Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd. (“the Organizer”).
2. Campaign Period
- This Campaign is valid for a limited period only.
- The Campaign will end once all allocated FREE samples have been fully redeemed.
- The Organizer reserves the right to end, extend, suspend, or modify the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
This Campaign is open to:
- Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.
- Individuals with a valid Malaysian residential postal address.
The following are NOT eligible:
- Employees of Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd.
- Immediate family members of Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd. employees.
- Dealers, distributors, agents, and business partners directly involved in this Campaign unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
4. How to Participate
To receive your FREE sample:
- Complete the official online registration form.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Submit the form during the Campaign period.
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee that a sample will be received.
5. FREE Sample Allocation
- Samples are distributed on a First Come, First Served basis.
- Samples are available while stocks last.
- Only ONE (1) FREE sample is allowed per:
- Household
- Postal address
- Mobile number
- Individual
- Duplicate submissions may be rejected.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or suspicious registrations will be disqualified.
6. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Malaysia only.
- Samples will be sent to the address provided during registration.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks from successful registration.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability and courier operations.
- The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Product Usage
- The FREE sample is provided strictly for promotional and evaluation purposes.
- The sample is NOT FOR SALE.
- Samples cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted with any other product.
8. Verification
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Verify participant information.
- Reject duplicate or fraudulent registrations.
- Request supporting documents if necessary.
- Cancel any application that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Personal Data Protection
By participating in this Campaign, you consent to Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd. collecting and processing your personal information for the following purposes:
- Processing your FREE sample request.
- Delivering the sample.
- Verifying participant information.
- Campaign administration.
- Customer support.
- Marketing communications (only where consent has been provided).
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and will not be sold to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from participation in this Campaign.
- Technical issues affecting registration.
- Delayed, incomplete, or unsuccessful submissions.
- Courier delays or delivery failures.
- Lost or damaged parcels after dispatch.
- Any allergic reactions or misuse of the product.
Participants are advised to use the product according to the instructions provided.
11. Campaign Changes
Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to:
- Amend these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspend or terminate the Campaign.
- Change the promotional mechanics.
- Substitute the FREE sample with another product of similar value if necessary.
Such changes may be made without prior notice.
12. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.
- Violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Final Decision
All decisions made by Pancha Products Sdn. Bhd. regarding eligibility, verification, sample allocation, and all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
